Receta Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd chuck
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans tomato paste
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 med. green pepper, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Crumble grnd chuck into frying pan and brown. Drain off fat. Add in onion and green pepper, stirring occasionally till tender. Add in salt, pepper and seasoning and 1 1/2 c. water. Stir in tomato paste till desired consistency. Add in Worcestershire sauce. Simmer over low heat for 45 min, stirring occasionally. Add in more water if needed.
