%20Soup?%20Sandwiches?%20Spaghetti?%20Pizza?%20PB%20and%20J?%20Cereal?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOurs%20is%20PIZZA!%20First%20of%20all,%20we%20rarely%20call%20out%20for%20pizza%20if%20we%20do%20I%20am,%20knocked%20out,%20dragged%20out%20too%20tired%20from%20work%20to%20even%20walk%20into%20the%20kitchen%20and%20we%20have%20this%20little%20hole%20in%20the%20wall%20pizza%20place%20we%20call,%20no%20Domino's%20or%20Pizza%20hut%20(yuck)%20However,%20when%20I%20want%20an%20easy%20night%20to%20make%20dinner,%20it's%20Pizza%20Night!%20We%20like%20a%20thin%20crust,%20no%20sauce,%20one%20meat%20and%20lots%20of%20veggies!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20November,%20the%20Allrecipes.com%20Allstar%20Ambassadors%20could%20choose%20Reynolds%20this%20month%20to%20cook,%20blog%20and%20share%20about.%20I%20jumped%20on%20that!%20%20I%20am%20a%20huge%20fan%20and%20use%20the%20Reynold's%20Non-stick%20Foil%20practically%20everyday.%20I%20have%20a%20roll%20in%20the%20drawer%20and%20always%20a%20spare%20in%20the%20cabinet%20for%20when%20you%20finish%20the%20%22roll%20in%20the%20drawer.%22%20Nothing%20is%20more%20infuriating%20than%20to%20pull%20out%20the%20foil%20to%20cover%20a%20long%20pan%20and%20BOOP!-%20you%20get%20a%203%20inch%20strip%20and%20naked%20cardboard%20roll!%20Dammit,%20you%20say%20because%20you%20have%20no%20more.%20%20Not%20me.%20%20As%20soon%20as%20I%20open%20the%20new%20roll,%20I%20am%20shopping%20for%20the%20back%20up%20roll%20next%20week.%20%20So%20yeah%20I%20am%20THAT%20devoted%20and%20it%20really%20is%20totally%20different%20that%20regular%20foil.%20%20I%20especially%20love%20using%20it%20when%20I%20bake%20my%20bacon.%20%20I%20do%20not%20fry%20it%20on%20the%20stove%20anymore.%20%20350%C2%BA%20for%2020%20minutes%20on%20the%20non%20stick%20foil....so%20much%20easier.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOk,%20back%20to%20pizza.%20%20One%20of%20the%20recipes%20I%20choose%20was%20the%20Homemade%20Spinach%20Pizza%20Roll.%20%20I%20love%20variations%20on%20a%20popular%20favorite!%20%20Some%20people%20would%20call%20this%20a%20stromboli%20but%20whatever,%20my%20mouth%20and%20stomach%20don't%20care%20what%20it's%20called.%20%20It%20was%20delish!%20Take%20a%20look%20at%20some%20of%20my%20notes%20after%20the%20recipe.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHomemade%20Spinach%20Pizza%20Roll%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efrom%20Allrecipes.com,%20recipe%20by%20Reynolds%20Wrap%C2%AE%20Non-Stick%20Foil%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eends%20to%20seal.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20Place%20loaf,%20seam%20side%20down,%20on%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20prepared%20baking%20sheet.%20Brush%20with%20egg.%20Using%20a%20sharp%20knife,%20cut%20four%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2-inch%20slits%20in%20top%20for%20steam%20to%20escape.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20Bake%2020%20to%2025%20minutes%20or%20until%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Egolden%20brown.%20If%20necessary,%20cover%20the%20last%205%20minutes%20of%20baking%20to%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eprevent%20over%20browning.%20Remove%20from%20oven%20and%20slice%20into%20rounds%20to%20serve%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewith%20pizza%20sauce.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%23AllstarsReynolds%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%23MealMagic%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECook's%20Notes:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20Don't%20ask%20why%20my%20photos%20were%20taken%20at%20an%20angle.%20%20I%20viewed%20them%20now%20and%20in%20the%20cropping%20process%20I%20was%20like%20WTH,%20was%20I%20thinking?%20%20Stupid%20but%20oh%20well.%20I%20am%20NOT%20one%20of%20those%20photogs%20that%20take%20too%20many%20pictures.%20%20I%20click%20for%20what%20is%20needed%20and%20CHOW%20DOWN,%20no%20time%20to%20mess%20around.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20%20This%20was%20actually%20my%20second%20attempt,%20the%20sausage%20went%20in%20that%20version.%20%20It%20stuffed%20it%20too%20much%20and%20although%20it%20was%20ok....the%20internal%20picture%20wasn't%20as%20nice.%20So%20when%20I%20made%20TAKE%202.%20%20I%20had%20only%20meatballs%20on%20hand.%20%20Chopped%20up%20and%20sauteed%20olive%20oil.%20%20They%20worked%20just%20fine.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20%20My%20first%20attempt%20was%20using%20a%20store%20brand%20canned%20pizza%20dough,%20I%20also%20rolled%20it%20out%20too%20thin,%20don't%20do%20that.%20%20The%20second%20one%20I%20used%20Pillsbury%20and%20didn't%20push%20my%20luck%20on%20the%20thinness,%20I%20stretched%20it%20out%20just%20about%202%20inches%20more%20than%20it's%20original%20size.%20%20You%20can%20see%20the%20breading%20around%20holds%20the%20ingredients%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20%20i%20REALLY%20liked%20the%20spinach%20on%20this.%20%20I%20hate%20how%20you%20can%20pile%20on%20tons%20of%20fresh%20spinach%20and%20it%20reduces%20down%20to%20nothing.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20%20Even%20though%20the%20Non-Stick%20foil%20really%20sticks%20less,%20the%20cornmeal%20really%20helps%20make%20this%20virtually%20non%20sitck.%20%20I%20use%20cornmeal%20on%20my%20fresh%20pizza%20dough%20nights%20too.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E6.%20%20What%20I%20adore%20mostly%20about%20making%20pizza%20or%20pizza%20rolls/strombolis%20is%20that%20they%20are%20so%20versatile.%20%20Whatever%20ingredients%20you%20have%20on%20hand%20will%20work%20and%20you%20will%20never%20get%20tired%20of%20Pizza%20Night%20each%20week.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EB
