Ingredientes
- 15 lb fully ripe tomatoes minced
- 2 c. minced celery
- 3 lrg onions minced
- 3 x garlic cloves mashed
- 2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1/3 c. lemon juice Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 1/4 c. sugar or possibly to taste
Direcciones
- Over medium-high heat bring the vegetables to a boil and boil gently for about 20 min. In a covered blender (food processor) add in a portion at a time; process till smooth. Strain and throw away pulp.
- Add in seasonings and bring to just under boiling, if canning, or possibly refrigerateand freeze.
- This recipe yields about 6 qts.
- Yield: 6 qts
