- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoon canola oil, divided
- Sauce:
- 3 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- Serving size: 1 1/4 cups pork mixture and 1/2 cup (buckwheat) Soba noodles
