Lovely Salmon with a honey-dill glaze, serve with rice or any side dishes you like.

  • 2-4 ounce Salmon Filets (Skin On)
  • 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh dill chopped (divided use)
  • 1/4 cup fish stock

Direcciones

  1. Pre Heat Oven 400 F
  2. Coat Salmon Filets with honey, sprinkle chopped dill on top (skin side down
  3. Place in a baking dish, add fish stock, loosely cover with aluminum Foil and place into the hot oven
  4. Bake 5 minutes then remove foil and bake 2-3 more minutes
  5. We love this served with brown rice, any side dishes you like will complement this Salmon Main Course
  6. Enjoy!
