Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. wheat germ (I use Kretschmer, 100% natural)
- 3/4 c. dry skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 c. (approx.) minced nuts
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with a wooden or possibly metal spoon. Roll into balls about the size of a malted lowfat milk ball (or possibly about 3/4 inch in diameter). Roll in minced nuts (either pecans or possibly walnuts).
