Ingredientes
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 c. honey
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to boil over medium heat. STIR CONSTANTLY. Cook to soft crack stage (270 degrees). Pour onto a buttered surface, cold to touch. Pull taffy into ropes. Break or possibly cut into 2 inch pcs. Wrap in wax paper if you like. Wrap again in colored tissue paper. Makes 2 3/4 pounds candy.
