Receta Hong Kong Style Breakfast Soup
This is a very simple dish that I eat whenever I go to Hong Kong. My wife is from Hong Kong so we eat this at home too all the time it's delicious. And you can be prep this well ahead of time.
Ingredientes
- 1 lbs. elbow macaroni
- 2 qt. chicken stock ( light or low sodium )
- 1 lbs.diced cooked ham
- white pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Cook the pasta in two quarts boiling water with 1 tsp salt
- Dice 1lbs. cooked ham steak
- Heat the chicken stock to a boil
- Add the pasta , ham and chicken stock to a bowl and sprinkle with white pepper and serve
