Receta Breakfast Gravy Navy Style

Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd meat or possibly chipped beef
- 1/2 c. minced green onions (or possibly 1 diced medium onion)
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup - (10 ounce)
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup - (10 ounce)
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 pt lowfat milk (sometimes a little more)
Direcciones
- If using grnd meat, brown meat first, then saute/fry onions with the browned meat.
- If using chipped beef, use 2 tsp. veg. oil and saute/fry the onions.
- Then add in mushroom soup, celery soup, black pepper, and lowfat milk. Stir continuously while cooking over a low heat. If gravy tends to thicken too much, just add in more lowfat milk. (No salt is needed as the soups have sufficient. Delicious served on biscuits or possibly on toast.)
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
