Receta Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 4 c. diced chicken (takes about 3 1/2 or possibly 4 pound chicken)
- 2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 med. onion (I use purple onion)
- 4 hard-cooked Large eggs, minced fine
- 3/4 c. Miracle Whip mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 can diced water chestnuts, liquid removed (optional)
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Use 9x13 inch pan. Mix all together and chill day before. Add in 1 1/2 c. potato chips before putting in oven.
