Receta Hot Crab Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 pound lump crabmeat (backfin)
- 1 tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 bottle capers, liquid removed
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
- Dash of Tabasco
- 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except cheese. Add in more seasonings if you like, grated onion, garlic, Worcestershire, etc.
- Put into 10 inch pie plate. Spread out and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min till bubbly and brown. Brown cheese under broiler.
