Receta Hot Crab Rolls

Ingredientes
- 1 pound lump crab meat or possibly 2 to 3 cans
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
- 12 to 18 rolls
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Direcciones
- Combine first 4 ingredients, mix in mayonnaise. Slice rolls in half. Brush inside of rolls with melted butter. Fill with crabmeat mix. Wrap each separately in foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
