Receta Hot Spicy Texas Barbecue Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 x onions - (to 4) finely minced
- 3 x fresh jalapeno peppers - (to 4) minced (or possibly 1 rounded tbspn crushed dry warm red pepper flakes)
- 8 lrg garlic cloves chopped
- 1 c. strong black coffee
- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. tomato ketchup
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar - (firmly packed)
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. Texas-style chilli pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp finely-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to very low and simmer for 30 min, stirring occasionally.
- Let mix cold in the pan for 30 min at room temperature, then puree in 2 batches in a blender of food processor.
- Serve hot or possibly at room temperature, as an accompaniment to barbecued beef or possibly sausage.
