Kathy; What an awesome post!! I have been making my own pasta for years...lot's of trial and error...much error!, but love the whole process and the finished results. Store-bought pasta is nothing compared to fresh.
Thank you so much for posting this and reminding me to get off my butt and make some of this!

- A Pasta Drying Rack
- 3 Cups of semolina flour, (I used Bob's Red Mill )
- 1 tsp of salt
- 4 eggs
