- 2 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2/3 c barley
- 1 T paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 c water
- Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 7 hrs. Garnish with sour cream and parsley if desired.
