Receta Indian Gravy

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Ghee
- 2 lrg Onions, minced
- 4 lrg Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Cayenne
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- 4 x Ripe tomatoes
- 1/3 c. Yogurt Salt
- 2 1/2 c. Water
Direcciones
- Heat ghee & saute/fry onions & garlic until golden brown. Stir in ginger, turmeric, cayenne & garam masala in turn. Stir fry for 5 min.
- Add in tomatoes & yogurt. Stir in salt & cook for 2 min.
- Pour in water & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 10 min.
- The gravy is now ready to use.
