Receta Indian Lentil Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 x Clove Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 5 c. Water
- 1 c. Lentils Red
- 1 c. Onions Minced
- 1/2 c. Celery Sliced Thin
- 1 c. Carrot Diced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
- 1 x Bay Leaf
- 1/8 tsp Chili Pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1/2 c. Parsley Minced
Direcciones
- Put first 7 ingredients in pot. Bring to a boil then add in next 4 ingredients and continue simmering until lentils are soft.
- Approx. 2 hours. Just before serving add in the minced parsley.
- NOTES : I had this for supper last night (and lunch, teehee). It was sooooo good!
