Receta Instant Oatmeal Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 1 c. uncooked quick cooking oats
- 1 c. (firmly packed) brown sugar
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. dates (diced) (buy diced, so much easier)
Direcciones
- Beat liquids together. Add in dry ingredients and mix well. Add in raisins and dates. Bake in 2 (7x5x2 inch) pans at 350 degrees for 55 min or possibly till done. Makes 1 large or possibly 2 small loaves. (There are no large eggs in this bread.)
