Receta irish potato porriadge
Cut potatoes into big cubes and allow to boli for 10-11minutes. Steam vegetables, onions. Add steamed ingredients, salt, garlic, seasoning, fresh pepper and smoked fish to d boiing potatoes. Allow to simmer and serve.

- Vegetables
- 4 fresh pepper
- 1 onion
- Salt to taste
- Garlic (as you like)
- Seasoning
- 10 pieces of irish potatoes
Direcciones
- Peel the potatoes and cut into big cubes
- Wash vegetables and onions
- Bring potatoes to boil for 5mins
- Steam onions and vegetables
- Add steamed ingredients to boiling potatoes
- Add garlic, seasoning, fresh pepper, salt and smoked fish to potatoes
- Allow to boil for 6 more mins
- Mix together and allow to simmer for 1min
