- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- a few dashes of hot sauce
- salt and pepper tt
- for the croutons:
- a few slices of day old bread (white, rye, whatever you like), diced into cubes
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
