Receta Italian Chicken Formaggio Pizza

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. diced onion
- 1 c. liquid removed diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp minced garlic minced
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 c. shredded Fontinella cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 x pre-baked pizza crust - (12" dia)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake chicken breast. Cold. Cut into 1/4-inch strips.
- Spray or possibly grease a 12-inch pizza pan. Place pizza crust on pan.
- Saute/fry onions and garlic briefly in the extra virgin olive oil and add in them to the tomatoes, salt and basil. Spread the tomato mix over the top of the crust. Lay chicken strips down over the tomatoes. Top with fontinella and mozzarella cheeses. Add in the sliced mushrooms and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 8 min, or possibly till cheese is melted and crust is piping warm.
