Breakfast Jalapeño Potato Latkes with Chipotle Cream and Fried Eggs by Angie McGowan on November 21, 2016 My family is so excited that it’s the week of Thanksgiving. We’re putting together our menu today and tommorow, cleaning the house and shopping for our groceries. We went to Target this morning so I could use one of my grocery coupons but they were already out of Butterballs! They said they’d have more tomorrow morning but told me to come by early because it’s the fresh Butterballs that they have on sale. Tomorrow we’ll shop for all the rest of our fresh ingredients too.
