Ingredientes
- 1 c. dry Jamaica flowers (can be found at Latino markets)
- 8 c. water
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 3/4 c. sugar (preferably superfine)
Direcciones
- Place the Jamaica flowers in a bowl. Bring the water to a boil, pour over the flowers and let stand 45 min, till the water turns a deep red. Strain to remove the flowers, squeezing them to extract the liquid they have absorbed.
- Add in the lime juice, then add in the sugar and stir till dissolved. Serve over ice.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
