Receta Jellied Tomato Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin, (1 tb.)
- 2 c. Tomato juice, unsalted
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Basil, dry, crushed
- 1 tsp Onion, instant, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Garlic, instant, chopped
- 1/8 tsp Peppercorns
Direcciones
- Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 c. tomato juice to soften; set aside.
- Combine 1-1/2 c. tomato juice with remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to boiling point; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 min. Strain warm liquid into softened gelatin; stir till gelatin is dissolved. Pour into a 2 c. mold and refrigeratetill hard.
