Receta Jim's Angus Loin In Demi Garlic

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Angus filets
- 6 x Shallots, sliced
- 10 x Cloves garlic, blanched
- 2 c. Demi glaze sauce
- 1/2 stk butter
- 1/2 c. Fresh parsley, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Mix demi glaze according to the package directions. (In class, we used Knorr brand. It was great!) Two packs will make 2 1/2 c.. Once heated, add in parsley and lowfat sour cream; blend. Keep sauce hot. Heat large saute/fry pan and heat the butter. Add in shallots and sliced garlic. Cook 2 min till shallots are tender. Slice the filets thin and lb. lightly. Add in to the pan and saute/fry till proper desired temperature, turning once. Pour in the sauce and heat through and it's ready to serve with your favorite side dish.
