Receta Joyce Moore's Honeydew Melon Soup

Ingredientes

  1. Cut up melon into pcs. Cut up mango into pcs. Juice the limes. Into a food processor puree the melon and the mango. Add in the lime juice. Transfer to a blender and "liquefy" (this is only necessary if the food processor leaves the melon too coarse).
  2. Remove to a large bowl. Add in the yogurt, mix together. Add in the honey slowly to sweeten to taste. (If Honeydew melon is not real sweet tasting, the soup won't be sweet sufficient and you will then need to add in a couple of packets of sugar substitute).
  3. Garnish servings with peppermint. Serve immediately or possibly refrigerateand serve later.
