How funny this recipe showed up today. We went to a seafood restaurant yesterday...and no crabcakes on the menu (which my wife has had a jones for recently). She said she is going to make her own...using very little breadcrumbs. This looks like the perfect recipe...gonna give them a try. We'll let you know how they turn out...
Oh my word! I wanted to eat it straight from the bowl before you fried them. Oh and that sauce! It is like tarter sauce all grown up. I lvoe the biscuit trick. I usually use my large ice cream scoop and flatten them.
