    How funny this recipe showed up today. We went to a seafood restaurant yesterday...and no crabcakes on the menu (which my wife has had a jones for recently). She said she is going to make her own...using very little breadcrumbs. This looks like the perfect recipe...gonna give them a try. We'll let you know how they turn out...

      Oh my word! I wanted to eat it straight from the bowl before you fried them. Oh and that sauce! It is like tarter sauce all grown up. I lvoe the biscuit trick. I usually use my large ice cream scoop and flatten them.

        hey, thanks for the comment... these are soooo good ... it helps to talk to the staff at fine restaurants, they are so eager to tell their 'secrets'
