Receta Kabocha Pumpkin Salad
Cooking procedure is similar to simple mayo potato salad, just use Kabocha pumpkin instead of potato.
Ingredientes
- 1/4 Kabocha pumpkin, about 1 lbs
- 1 Onion
- Mayonnaise, 1/3- 1/2 cup
