- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3 c. bread flour
- 3 Tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 2 tsp active dry yeast (or possibly 1 1/2 tspns SAF instant yeast)
Direcciones
- Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the Basic cycle, Light Crust setting.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
