Receta Kerala Style Mabazhapuliserry
Ingredientes
- What we need :
- Ripe Mango(Nattu Mambazham) : 3 - 4 no
- Green Chillies : 3
- Cumin Seeds(Jeerakam) : 1/4 tsp
- Red Chillies(Kollamulaku) : 3 - 4no
- Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek Powder(Uluva) : 1/4 tsp
- Grated Coconut : 2 Cup
- Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
- Coconut Oil : 4 tsp
- Curry leaves : 1 stem
- Water : 1/2 Cup
- Salt : As reqd.
- Yoghurt : 2 cup

- Preparation of Mambazha Pulissery:
- 1)Peel the mango and boil it in water along with green chillies & salt.
- 2)Grind the coconut with cumin seeds, turmeric powder & chilli powder to a fine paste and add this paste to the boiling mango.
- 3)Blend the Yoghurt for making it smooth and add this to the the mixture(don't allow the yoghurt to split).
- 4)Heat the coconut oil in a pan.
- 5)Add mustard seeds and when they crackle,add red chillies & curry leaves.
- 6)Add the above into the mango curry and stir well.
- 7)Add Uluva powder and mix well.
