Ingredientes

  • All purpose flour or maida – 1 1/2 cups
  • Powdered sugar – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 3/4 cup
  • Yoghurt/curd – 2 tablespoons
  • Semolina or rava – 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Kesar or Saffron strings – 10 to 12 (soaked in milk)
  • Cooking soda – 1/4 teaspoon
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chopped almonds for garnishing
