Receta Kinilaw na Dilis (Anchovie Ceviche)
A very common appetizer by many Filipinos local or abroad. This is a very old recipe shared over the years.
Ingredientes
- 1/2 kilo fresh small dilis (anchovies)
- 3 tbsp. calamansi juice
- 2 tbsp. minced ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 finger chilies (siling haba) julienned
- 5 stalks spring onions
Direcciones
- Cut off head of dilis.
- Wash very well. Drain.
- Add all seasonings.
- Let stand for 1 hour and serve.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions amd green chilies..
- Store in refrigerator if not to be served at once.
