I adopted this dish from the Indian cookery. It is a healthy and complete meal for the whole family. I made this recipe so simple, affordable, nutritious and delicious.

Direcciones

  1. Brown onions in hot oil.
  2. Add water, chicken cube, salt, MSG and chili powder. Boil.
  3. Mix rice and mung beans. Clean and rinse many times. Drain.
  4. Add rice and lentils into the boiling mixture.
  5. Cover and simmer in low heat for 30 minutes or until tender and liquid is dried up.
  6. Serve hot.
