Receta Korean Barbecue Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Sake, or possibly dry sherry
- 4 slc Ginger root - (abt quarter size) julienned
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 x Garlic cloves sliced thin
- 3/4 c. Apple juice concentrate
- 3 Tbsp. Sesame oil
Direcciones
- Place all the ingredients but the sesame oil in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook 10 min, uncovered; then remove from the heat and add in the sesame oil.
- Store in a covered glass or possibly plastic container in the refrigerator.
