- Coriander seeds - 1 spoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 spoon

- Salt - As per taste
- Gingelly oil - 5 spoons
- PREPARATION METHOD
- Dry roast the following separately one by one in a wok; (i.e. roast the spices without oil in a wok)
