- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Topping:
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 4 tbsp
- Onions: 2 large sliced
- Tomatoes: 2-3 big , firm and just ripe , cut in half and then crescent slices
- Salt & black pepper : as per taste
- Greek Oregano : 2 tbsp
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil: for drizzling
