Receta Home Style Pizza ( Pizza Alla Casalinga)

Ingredientes
- Pizza dough
- 15 gm fiesh yeast
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 250 gm plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. lowfat milk Topping
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 500 gm tomatoes skinned de seeded and minced
- 1 tsp dry oregano or possibly basil
- 1 x salt and pepper
- 175 gm Mozzarella cheese sliced
- 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 68 x black olives
Direcciones
- Cream the yeast with the water.
- Sift the flour and salt into a bowl make a well in the centre and pour in the yeast oil and lowfat milk.
- Mix to a hard but pliable dough adding a little more lowfat milk if necessary.
- Turn onto a floured surface and knead vigorously for 5 min.
- Place in a clean basin cover and leave to rise in a hot place till doubled in bulk.
- Knead the dough lightly then cut in half.
- Roll each piece into a 20 to 23 cm circle.
- Place the circles on oiled baking sheets and brush with some of the oil.
- Cover with tomatoes and sprinkle with the herbs and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add in the cheese slices then top with the Parmesan and olives.
- Spoon over the remaining oil and leave to rise in a hot place for 30 min.
- Bake in a preheated warm oven 220 degrees C (425 degrees F) Gas Mark 7 for 25 to 30 min.
- Serve immediately.
