Ingredientes

- 1 can of tuna packed in oil, drained (preferably Italian FLOT)
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 ripe tomato, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp drained capers or olives
- 1 cup of cooked, cooled green beans (al dente is best)
- fresh parsley
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
