Receta Lemon And Lime Dessert Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 4 x thin lemon slices
- 4 x thin lime slices
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 dsh yellow food coloring (optional)
Direcciones
- Whisk sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan to blend. Add in 1 c. water and stir over medium heat till mix boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Add in butter and stir till melted. Whisk in lemon juice and lime juice. Cold sauce to room temperature. Stir in lemon and lime slices and vanilla extract. Add in food coloring, if you like.
