Receta Lemon Crab Spread

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Imitation crab meat (you can also use crabmeat, smoked fish, salmon, or possibly any cooked white fish)
- 1/4 c. Finely minced chives Finely grated rind of one lemon
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice or possibly to taste
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Separate crabmeat or possibly fish with a fork till finely shredded.
- In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add in crabmeat; mix; chill.
- Serve with crackers or possibly dipping vegetables.
