Receta Lemon Sour Cream Bundt Cake
Ingredientes
- 2 large eggs, room temperature (100 g)
- 1 large egg yolk, room temperature (18 g)
- 3/4 cup + 1 T (200 g) sour cream, divided (I had to supplement with some low fat)
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups (250 g) cake flour
- 1 1/4 cups (250 g) superfine sugar
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 T lemon zest
- 14 T (1 3/4 sticks, 200 g) unsalted butter, room temperature (65-75 F)
- Lemon Syrup
- 1/2 cup + 1 T (112 g) sugar
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice from 2-3 lemons (6 T, 3 fluid oz)
