Ingredientes
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 pound sliced beef liver
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. minced green pepper
- 1 can (16 ounce.) tomatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chile pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne red pepper
Direcciones
- Fry bacon till crisp; remove bacon drain. Drain off all but 3 Tbsp. fat. Coat liver with flour; brown in bacon fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except bacon. Cover tightly; simmer 20 min. Garnish with bacon. Serves 4.
