  1. Cook bacon till crisp. Drain on paper towel. Cut liver in stewing size pcs. Dip in flour. Brown in fat, turning once. Place in stew pot. Cover with water. Add in all vegetables. Cook till liver is tender and vegetables are done. Add in catsup and crumbled bacon. Season to taste and enjoy. May be thickened with flour and water, if you like.
