- 3 lbs. grnd turkey
- 2 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr

- Mix and shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place in flat pan, one layer to a pan. Cover with sauce recipe which follows.
