Ingredientes
- 1 c. 99% fat free cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp. skim lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 ounce. Blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp. finely minced green onion
Direcciones
- Put first 3 ingredients in blender. Cover and blend 20 seconds on low speed. Scrape sides, blend 20 seconds on medium speed till creamy. Put in small jar. Mix in cheese and onions. Keeps one week in refrigerator. Diet serving: 1 Tbsp. = 18 calories. Makes 1 c..
