Receta Lo Cal Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. box sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 pkg. (envelope) Dream Whip
- 2 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 bananas (optional)
- Vanilla wafers (or possibly graham crackers)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. nuts (optional)
Direcciones
- Line the 9 x 13-inch pan with vanilla wafers on bottom and sides.
- In large bowl, mix Dream Whip with 1 c. of the lowfat milk and vanilla. Beat at high speed on mixer till it forms peaks. Add in pudding and remainder of lowfat milk and mix thoroughly. Add in bananas, coconut and nuts; fold into pudding mix by hand. Pour over vanilla wafers and top with nuts, if you like.
