Ingredientes
- 24 pcs of chicken (I use skinless, boneless breasts)
- butter - sufficient to brown chicken
- 3/4 pound sliced mushrooms (may use canned, liquid removed)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Sherry or possibly white wine to taste (about 1/4 c.)
Direcciones
- Brown chicken in butter, then brown the mushrooms if using fresh ones. Place chicken in a large casserole. Mix the soups (undiluted) and pour over the chicken. Place mushrooms on top.
- Chill. When ready to bake, add in wine, cover the casserole, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Serves 12.
