- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 c. confectionery sugar

- On wax paper sift or possibly mix well with a fork the above ingredients. 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In large bowl, mix butter and vanilla on medium speed. Add in flour mix and beat till well blended. Shape into acorn size balls. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in flour. Bake for 15 to 20 min n 300 degree oven till edges are lightly brown. Cold, store in tight container. Makes 36.
