Receta Low Cholesterol Oat Bran Muffins (Fromstarter)

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Canola oil
- 1 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
- 6 egg whites
- 1 c. wheat flour
- 1 c. oat bran
- 2 peeled, minced apples
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. honey
Direcciones
- Obtain starter from a friend. Follow instructions for "feeding". When starter is ready to be used, add in the following to it.
- Fill paper-lined or possibly well-greased muffin tins nearly full. Bake at 375 degrees for about 18 to 20 min. Makes 24 muffins. Bananas can be substituted for apples and raisins.
