- 4 egg whites or possibly 2 whole large eggs
- 2 c. non-fat lowfat milk or possibly evaporated ski lowfat milk
- 1 c. oat bran cereal
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 T vegetable oil

- Mix all ingredients in a container and pour onto the waffle iron. Bake each about 5 min.
